PROPERTY RULES

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

• After 8:00 PM, remote check-in is possible.
• A mandatory condition for accommodation in our property is the completion of the registration form before the start of the stay.
• Pets are not allowed.
• In case of violating this rule, a financial penalty of 200 PLN will be charged.

Willa 1 - This modern and elegant apartment in Sopot is an ideal place for a seaside vacation, located just 150 meters from the beach and 250 meters from the famous Przystań Bar. PARKING – There are 5 parking spaces available on the property, which can be reserved – however, due to the limited number (5 spaces for 7 apartments), parking is not guaranteed and depends on availability at the time of booking.

• Please inform us in advance about your arrival time.
• Invoices are issued only after prior notification before booking; otherwise, a receipt will be provided.
• When making a reservation, 30% of the booking amount must be paid, and the remaining amount must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
• Accommodation in the property requires mandatory completion of the registration form before the start of the stay.
• Self check-in.
• Pets are not allowed!
