PROPERTY RULES
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- After 8:00 PM, remote/self check-in is available.
- A mandatory requirement for staying at our property is completing the registration card before the start of the stay.
- Pet stay: PLN 100 per stay.
- Failure to inform us about arriving with a pet will result in a financial penalty of PLN 200.
- Layout: living room with kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom
- Bed types: double bed, sofa bed
- Floor: 1 – elevator available

PARKING – The apartment does not have an assigned parking space; however, guests are provided with a parking permit valid for the duration of the stay. The permit must be placed in a visible spot on the car dashboard, allowing free parking in the immediate vicinity of the building.

- Please inform us in advance of your planned arrival time.
Invoices are issued only upon prior request made before the reservation; otherwise, a receipt will be issued. - When making a reservation, a 30% deposit is required, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
