IMPORTANT INFORMATION

When making a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival. Providing access instructions to the apartment is conditional upon full payment of the reservation and signing the registration form.

• Guests requiring an invoice are kindly requested to provide the necessary details at the time of booking. Otherwise, a receipt will be issued.
• The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.
• Parties such as bachelor or bachelorette events are strictly prohibited.
