Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

  • After 8:00 PM, remote/self check-in is possible.
  • A mandatory condition for staying at our property is completing the registration form before the start of your stay.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • In the event of violating this rule, a financial penalty of PLN 200 will be charged.

SeaSopot3 - A modern and cozy apartment for two, located in the very heart of Sopot, on a quiet side street right next to the famous Monte Cassino promenade. The apartment offers a comfortable double bed and a living area with a sofa, comfortable armchairs, and a table—ideal for relaxation or work. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchenette for preparing meals, as well as a washing machine located in a utility room accessible from the hallway (shared with three other rooms). The bright, stylish interior with attention to detail provides comfort and a cozy atmosphere, suitable for both short stays and longer seaside holidays. The excellent location allows quick access to the beach, restaurants, and Sopot’s tourist attractions.

NO PARKING - The apartment does not have a designated parking space. We recommend using public parking spaces along nearby streets. A municipal paid parking zone applies, according to the current parking meter rates.

We kindly inform you that the City of Sopot has planned road reconstruction works near Jana Sobieskiego Street, where the apartment is located. The construction may generate additional noise. Construction stages:

  • STAGE I (September – November 2025) – reconstruction of Bema and Pułaskiego Streets (from Chopina Street to Fiszera Street). These sections will be closed, and traffic will be redirected via Fiszera Street.
  • STAGE II (December 2025) – reconstruction of Pułaskiego Street on the section from Sobieskiego Street to Fiszera Street. Sobieskiego Street will also be closed.
  • STAGE III (January – March 2026) – continuation of works on Pułaskiego Street between Chopina Street and Fiszera Street, with complete closure of the intersections of Pułaskiego Street with Fiszera Street and Chopina Street for approximately 3 weeks.

Planned completion of works: turn of the 1st/2nd quarter of 2026.

  • Invoices are issued only upon prior request made before booking; otherwise, a receipt will be issued.
  • When making a reservation, a 30% deposit is required; the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
  • Completing the registration form before the start of the stay is mandatory.
  • Self check-in.
