Gray Room – Compact Superior Room with Private Bathroom

Gray Room is a modern, soundproof small double Superior room, ideal for couples and business travelers who value functionality, quiet, and privacy. The 12 m² room offers a comfortable stay in a tasteful, muted interior.

The room features a comfortable double bed (highly rated by guests), a flat-screen TV, electrical outlets by the bed, a wardrobe or closet, and a clothes hanger. Carpeted flooring and soundproofing ensure a quiet and comfortable stay.

Guests have access to a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, towels, hairdryer, toilet paper, and complimentary toiletries. The room has a separate, private entrance, enhancing comfort and independence.

Guests can use free Wi-Fi, cable and satellite channels (including paid channels), heating, and a fan. An electric kettle, coffee and tea set, and ironing equipment are also available.

Gray Room is located on an upper floor (access only via stairs) and offers a view of the inner courtyard, promoting peace and relaxation. The property is strictly non-smoking.

PARKING

🅿️ Unfortunately, due to current legal regulations, parking directly in front of the building is not allowed. According to new rules, parking in the strict city center is prohibited for guests who do not permanently reside in the area.

It is possible to park on nearby Fryderyka Chopina Street, which is not considered part of the strict city center; street parking is available via parking meters.

There is also the option to park in a private parking lot located very close to the apartment, “Parking Ogrodowa Sopot,” at a rate of 120 PLN per day.

• When making a reservation, 30% of the booking amount must be paid, and the remaining balance no later than one day before arrival.
