PROPERTY RULES:

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

• After 8:00 PM, remote check-in is possible.
• A mandatory condition for staying at our property is completing the registration card before the start of your stay.
• Stays with pets are not allowed.
• In case of violating this rule, a financial penalty of PLN 200 will be charged.

Sea Sail Navy Blue - A comfortable, soundproof double room is an excellent choice for guests who value peace, privacy, and functionality. The apartment features a separate, private entrance and its own bathroom, ensuring complete independence during your stay. The interior is bright and cozy, with a view of the inner courtyard, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with access to satellite and cable channels, as well as streaming services (e.g., Netflix), a refrigerator, and an electric kettle with a coffee and tea set. Guests also have access to a shared kitchen located on the same floor.

The private bathroom offers a bathtub or shower, a set of towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The space is complemented by wooden flooring, comfortable beds over 2 meters long, a seating area, and a desk for work.

The apartment is non-smoking and located on an upper floor (access only by stairs). It is an ideal place for both short stays and longer vacations in comfortable conditions.

PARKING

🅿️ Unfortunately, due to current legal regulations, parking directly in front of the tenement building is not possible. According to the new rules, parking in the strict city center is prohibited for people who do not permanently reside in the area.

It is possible to park on nearby Fryderyka Chopina Street, which is not considered part of the strict city center; street parking is available there for a fee via parking meters.

There is also the option to park in a private parking lot located very close to the apartment, “Parking Ogrodowa Sopot,” at a cost of PLN 120 per day.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Organizing any kind of parties is prohibited.
• Please inform us in advance of your arrival time.
• Invoices are issued only upon prior request made before the reservation. Otherwise, a receipt will be issued.
• When making a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required; the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
• A mandatory condition for staying at our property is completing the registration card before the start of your stay.
