PROPERTY RULES
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- After 8:00 PM, remote/self check-in is possible.
- A mandatory requirement for staying at our property is completing the registration card before the start of the stay.

A 2-person apartment with an area of 30 m². It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The living room features two sofa beds. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. A strict no-pets policy applies at the property. Parking is available in designated spaces within the estate, subject to availability. Pets are allowed in the apartment for an additional fee.

PARKING – The apartment does not have an assigned parking space; however, guests are provided with a parking permit valid for the duration of their stay. The permit must be placed in a visible spot on the car dashboard, allowing free parking in the immediate vicinity of the building.

- Parties, hen nights, stag parties, and similar events are not allowed.
- Please inform us in advance of your arrival time.
- Invoices are issued only upon prior request before making a reservation; otherwise, a receipt will be issued.
- When making a reservation, a 30% deposit is required; the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
- Completing the registration card before the start of the stay is mandatory.
- Self check-in applies.
- Pets are allowed!
