APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
This elegant two-person apartment, located on the top (third) floor of a historic Sopot building (no elevator), is an ideal choice for relaxation or remote work in an intimate atmosphere. The apartment has a cozy bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a living area with a reading/relaxation corner, combined with a fully equipped kitchenette.
The attic-style interior features charming sloped ceilings and skylights, creating a unique and comfortable space. Carefully designed details make it perfect both for rest and productive work. Its central location allows guests to enjoy all of Sopot’s attractions – from the beach and pier to restaurants and cultural events – just a few minutes’ walk away.

PARKING
No dedicated parking. Guests can use public parking along nearby streets. City parking zones apply according to current parking meter rates.
Important notice: The city of Sopot has planned road reconstruction near Jana Sobieskiego Street, where the apartment is located. Construction may generate additional noise.
Construction stages:
- Stage I (Sept – Nov 2025): Bema and Pułaskiego streets (Chopina to Fiszera) – partial closures, traffic redirected via Fiszera Street.
- Stage II (Dec 2025): Pułaskiego Street (Sobieskiego – Fiszera) – partial closures including Sobieskiego Street.
- Stage III (Jan – Mar 2026): continuation on Pułaskiego (Chopina – Fiszera) with full closure of intersections with Fiszera and Chopina for ~3 weeks.
Expected completion: between Q1 and Q2 2026.
