PROPERTY RULES:

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

• After 8:00 PM, remote check-in is possible.
• A mandatory condition for staying at our property is completing the registration card before the start of the stay.
• Staying with a pet is prohibited.
• In the event of violating this rule, a financial penalty of PLN 200 will be charged.

PRIMAVERA 2 - The intimate Primavera apartment, located in the very center of Sopot, is an ideal option for guests who value proximity to all the resort’s attractions and convenient transport connections. The apartment is situated on the top floor of a charming, classic Sopot townhouse, offering a view of the green surroundings. The PKP and SKM Sopot train stations are just a 5-minute walk away, and a bus stop is located right in front of the building, making the location extremely practical for both tourists and business travelers. Only a few steps separate the apartment from the famous Monte Cassino promenade, as well as the Sopot pier and beach. The apartment consists of a cozy bedroom with a balcony and a modern bathroom. Guests also have access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen used together with three other rooms, allowing for convenient meal preparation. The interior has been designed with attention to detail and provides comfortable conditions both for relaxation and remote work, making it an excellent base for seaside trips or a quiet place to work in the very heart of Sopot.

NO PARKING - The apartment does not have an assigned parking space. We recommend using publicly available parking spaces along nearby streets—paid city parking zone applies according to the current parking meter rates.

• Please inform us of your arrival time in advance.
• Invoices are issued only upon prior notification, before making a reservation. Otherwise, a receipt will be issued.
• When making a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required; the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
• A mandatory condition for staying at our property is completing the registration card before the start of the stay.
• Self check-in – keys are available in a coded lockbox.
• Pets are not allowed!
