PROPERTY RULES

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

• After 8:00 PM, remote check-in is possible.
• A condition for staying at our property is the mandatory completion of the registration form before the start of your stay.
• Pets are not allowed.
• In case of breaking this rule, a fine of 200 PLN will be charged.

PRIMAVERA 1 - The cozy Primavera Apartment, located in the heart of Sopot, is an ideal choice for those who value proximity to all the resort’s attractions and convenient transportation. The apartment is situated on the top floor of a charming, classic Sopot townhouse, offering views of the green surroundings. The PKP and SKM Sopot train stations are just a 5-minute walk away, and a bus stop is located right under the building, making the location very practical for both tourists and business travelers. A few steps are enough to reach the famous Monciak street, the Sopot pier, and the beach.

The apartment consists of a cozy bedroom and a modern bathroom, and guests also have access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen, shared with three other rooms, allowing easy meal preparation. The interior has been designed with attention to detail, providing comfortable conditions for both relaxation and remote work, making it a perfect base for a seaside getaway or a quiet workspace in the heart of Sopot.

NO PARKING - The apartment does not have an assigned parking space. We recommend using public parking along nearby streets – the municipal paid parking zone applies according to the current parking meter rates.

• Invoices are issued only if requested before booking; otherwise, a receipt is issued.
• When making a reservation, 30% of the booking amount must be paid, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than the day before arrival.
• A condition for staying at our property is the mandatory completion of the registration form before the start of your stay.
• Self check-in – keys in a code lockbox.
