PROPERTY RULES
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- After 8:00 PM, remote/self check-in is possible.
- A mandatory registration form must be completed before the start of the stay in order to check in at our property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of violating this rule, a financial penalty of PLN 200 will be charged.

Monte Carlo 5 is a charming, air-conditioned apartment for two people, located in the very heart of Sopot — right by the famous Monte Cassino promenade.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a historic tenement building and consists of a cozy room with eastern exposure, a comfortable double bed, and a private bathroom. The bright interior and morning sunlight create perfect conditions for rest and relaxation.
Thanks to its excellent location, guests have direct access to Sopot’s main attractions — restaurants, cafés, boutiques, as well as the sandy beach and the pier, all just a few minutes’ walk away.

NO PARKING – The apartment does not have an assigned parking space. We recommend using public parking spaces along nearby streets. A municipal paid parking zone applies, in accordance with current parking meter rates.

- Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.
- Invoices are issued only upon prior request, before making a reservation. Otherwise, a receipt will be issued.
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
- Completion of the registration form before arrival is mandatory in order to check in.
- Pets are strictly prohibited.
