PROPERTY RULES
Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- After 8:00 PM, remote/self check-in is possible.
- Completion of the registration form before the start of the stay is mandatory in order to check in at our property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of violating this rule, a financial penalty of PLN 200 will be charged.

Monte Carlo 4 is a cozy, air-conditioned apartment for two people, located in the very heart of Sopot — just a few steps from the famous Monte Cassino promenade. It is an ideal place for a romantic seaside getaway or a relaxing stay in one of Poland’s most popular resorts.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a stylish historic tenement building. Guests have access to a bright room with a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom.
The excellent location provides quick access to Sopot’s main attractions — trendy restaurants, cafés, shops, and boutiques. The sandy beach, the famous Sopot Pier, and the seaside promenade are all just a few minutes’ walk away.

NO PARKING – The apartment does not have an assigned parking space. We recommend using public parking spaces along nearby streets. A municipal paid parking zone applies in accordance with current parking meter rates.

- Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.
- Invoices are issued only upon prior request, before making a reservation. Otherwise, a receipt will be issued.
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
- Completion of the registration form before arrival is mandatory in order to check in.
- Pets are strictly prohibited.
