The apartment is situated in a charming, restored Sopot tenement, on a gated property, just a few steps from the famous Monte Cassino promenade and within a short distance from the beach. NO PARKING - The apartment does not have an assigned parking space. We recommend using public parking spaces along nearby streets – the city’s paid parking zone applies according to the current parking meter rates.
Please note that the city of Sopot has planned road reconstruction near Jana Sobieskiego street, where the apartment is located. The construction may generate additional noise. Construction stages:
- STAGE I (September – November 2025) – reconstruction of ul. Bema and Pułaskiego (from ul. Chopina to ul. Fiszera). Some sections will be closed, and traffic will be redirected via ul. Fiszera.
- STAGE II (December 2025) – reconstruction of ul. Pułaskiego between ul. Sobieskiego and ul. Fiszera. ul. Sobieskiego will also be closed.
- STAGE III (January – March 2026) – continuation of work on ul. Pułaskiego, between ul. Chopina and ul. Fiszera, with complete closure of the intersections of ul. Pułaskiego with ul. Fiszera and ul. Chopina for approximately 3 weeks.
Planned completion – turn of Q1/Q2 2026.
