- After 8:00 PM, remote/self check-in is available.
- A mandatory condition for staying at our property is completing the registration form before the start of your stay.

Brownie is a 4-person apartment with an area of 72 m². It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The living room features a sofa. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has a fold-out sofa.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. The apartment also features a balcony. An assigned parking space in the underground garage is included.

- Please inform us of your arrival time in advance.
- Invoices are issued only upon prior request made before the reservation. Otherwise, a receipt will be issued.
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
- Completing the registration form before arrival is mandatory.
- Self check-in.
- Pets are allowed.
