The 40 m² apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a kitchenette. From the living room, guests can access a shared garden—ideal for relaxing outdoors. Please note that the garden is open and not fenced, and may be used by neighbors.
The living room includes a sofa bed that can serve as an additional sleeping space. Although the apartment is located on level -1, it is not a basement—this is due to the modern architectural design of the building.
