- A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
- Completion of the registration form before check-in is mandatory.
- Self check-in is available. Keys are collected at a different address – from the office located opposite the building where the apartment is situated.
- Pets are not allowed.
