Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

• After 8:00 PM, remote/self check-in is possible.
• A mandatory condition for staying at our property is completing the registration form before the start of your stay.
• Pet stay: PLN 100 per stay.
• Failure to inform us in advance about arriving with a pet will result in a PLN 200 penalty.

• Invoices are issued only upon prior request made before booking; otherwise, a receipt will be issued.
• When making a reservation, a 30% deposit is required; the remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before arrival.
• Completing the registration form before the start of the stay is mandatory.
• Self check-in.
• Key collection takes place at a different address than the apartment - from a lockbox at Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street 21D, Sopot.
